The dawn is here and we sleep!
The sun rises and we sleep!
The birds chirp and we sleep!
The world rises and we sleep!
The sun comes up, and we sleep!
The dusk arrives and we sleep!
The night occurs and we sleep!
The stars come up and we sleep!
The moon shines and we sleep!
A plant blooms and we sleep!
A plant dies and we sleep!
A human being is born and we sleep!
Someone dies and we sleep!
We eat and we sleep!
We work and we sleep!
We enjoy and we sleep!
We suffer and we sleep!
What will it take to awaken us?
What more do we need to awaken than the dance of mortality we see everyday!
Yet we sleep! And sleep some more!
When will we awake? Why are we not awakened?
